  • Close collaboration with the Art Director to work within the visual style of the game.

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Environment/Prop Artist or 3D Artist; a shipped commercial title is a plus.
  • Proficient with 3DSMax and/or Maya, Blender, Zbrush.
  • Very good knowledge of Unreal Engine.
  • Complete familiarity with various steps in the design of real-time 3D assets: high and low poly modelling, baking processes (organic and hard surface), and texturing (realistic).
  • Great understanding of next gen asset creation and PBR workflow, with the ability to modify and improve them.
  • Ability to construct and elaborate on assets/props based on key reference or concepts.
  • Strong understanding of balancing quality standards and game performance in a game engine.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and written

The mission of the Communications Manager is to manage earned relationships with press, media, and relevant local organizations.  The Communications Manager will drive local coverage across specialist, entertainment, mainstream, and corporate press with awareness and engagement strategies and consideration depending on the target audience. The local Communication team will be responsible for working alongside the central communication teams to deploy and implement the global brand communication strategies adapting them for their specific territory. In this role, you will:

  • Illustrate a keen understanding of the media landscape, and drive innovation and engagement within the local communications approach.
  • Develop and maintain Ubisoft’s relationships with key local press, and can leverage these to identify, negotiate and maximize opportunities to showcase key products, as well as managing and improving Ubisoft’s overall visibility and favorability in these channels.
  • Demonstrate efficiency across communications plans and illustrates ROI for all campaign elements, through clearly identified measurement criteria, prudent budgetary management, and thorough analysis.  
  • Develop close working relationships with the central communications team, to ensure clear communication and alignment, and act as the local point of contact for execution of central PR plans, while providing input and direction.

  • Manage and organize delivery of all press materials and messaging across allocated products, including media alerts, press kits, and other collateral.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need:

We are looking for a (Senior) Game Designer to work on our next potential big hit! You will be embedded within one of our “New games” teams working on building the next generation of idle games. You will be entrusted with balancing, economy management, new features and content design. Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype new features in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Research, deconstruct, and assess mobile games
  • Balance features and evaluate their impact on the game
  • Iterate, tweak and adapt game designs based on playtesting feedback as well as other sources of qualitative and quantitative data
  • Drive long-term player engagement based on players' needs and motivations
  • Collaborate with the Product Lead and other stakeholders in market research to identify opportunities for new games as well as for features and mechanics

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a game designer with experience in new games
  • Experience operating a live game is a plus
  • Strong analytical & mathematical skills

  • Further development of our existing Snowdrop 3D-Engine in context of a AAA game
  • Improve the terrain and landscape rendering module
  • Enhance global illumination rendering and do general performance analysis and optimization on the graphics level
