Whether from a building or a prop, the assets that you carefully place tell a story, evoke an atmosphere and a mood. You know how to modify lighting, play around with composition, and add just the right amount of detail to develop a game space with plenty of personality.

You will closely cooperate with your superior(s) to maintain artistic consistency and vision for the game while building outstanding levels and scenes. You will represent the gameplay intentions as part of the graphic content and ensure that the integration of the work is in line with the technical constraints and artistic direction.

The main and routine functions of the Level Artist are to:

  • Collaborate with level designers, lead artist and content director to discuss and understand game intentions and vision.

The Accounts Payable Accountant will have a strong focus on the employees Travel, corporate credit cards, Expenses claims and compliance with local VAT regulations.

  • Analyze accounting data to provide financial information to management
  • Administrate the accounting system of the studio
  • Review, verify and process employee travel & expense reports and supplier invoices
  • Review of incoming invoices for VAT law and company policy compliance
  • Review employee expense reports for appropriate documentation and compliance with company policies prior to payment
  •  Replies to employees and vendor requests
  • Perform maintenance and reconciliation of vendor data
  • Other general accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

You will ensure key content is written & up to date for everyone on the project. The technical writer will also rely on content management standards & best practices within Ubisoft.

  • Gathering team requirements regarding content & features needed on the project
  • Identifying & organizing key content within the production. Ensure this content is formalized, structured, shared & accurate
  • Define information architectures, taxonomies and metadata strategies (frameworks for grouping and tagging content);
  • Defining the governance (access rights, workflows, archiving policy, etc.) and ensure it is respected and it is applied by all teams on the project
  • Providing content templates in order to accompany users in their content creation process
  • Enriching content with metadata & tags to improve content findability on the production
  • Defining workflows to ensure content is always enriched by the right experts at the right time
  • Archiving & cleaning content on an ongoing-basis in order to keep the workspace used & useful
  • Relying on user feedback, statistics and benchmark in order to improve the workspace and the way content is organized.
