Qualifications

  • Experienced one full cycle of AAA development from conception to release as lead or senior designer

What You'll Do 

  • Manage multiple feature teams for the project.
  • Define project planning (budget, resource plans, deliverables, etc.) & deliver the project. 
  • You are the liaison between stakeholders and project management. 
  • Build your team and foster team building and commitment. 
  • Define the scope in collaboration with your team and present it to management.
  • Foster productivity, mobilize and inspire your team to reach targeted deliverables. 
  • Challenge and support your team to develop the best possible product. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject or equivalent industry experience.
  • 8+ years of experience working on development projects either in the producer branch or the project management branch.
  • Proven experience of the project life-cycles (start to finish) from multiple projects.
  • Proficient in project management methods and techniques and feel comfortable to explain those terms and techniques to stakeholders. 
  • Good knowledge of the games industry and the procedures involved. 
  • Good oral and written communication skills.  
  • Able to lead and motivate your team. 
  • Fluent English language skills.

  • Überprüfung und Koordinierung von Betriebsmittelverbrauch
  • Aufbau und Umzug von Möbeln im Studio, sowie die Verwaltung von Inventur
  • Kommunikation und Betreuung externer Dienstleister
  • Dokumentation von Arbeiten/Prozessen und/oder gebäuderelevanten Vorfällen
  • Kleinere Renovierungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten (Malern, evtl. kleinere Tischlerarbeiten)

Qualifications

Was Du mitbringst

  • 2 - 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Grundverständnis für haustechnische Anlagen (Klima, Heizung, Sanitär, Löschanlagen, Elektrik, usw.)
  • Generelles technisches Knowhow vorhanden (physikalische Größen, usw.)
  • Gute Excelkenntnisse
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, geprägt durch eine hohe Service-, Qualitäts- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Improvisation und Kreativität bei Problemlösungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sichere Englischkenntnisse für die interne Zusammenarbeit mit unseren englischsprachigen Mitarbeiter*innen

Wir bieten vergütete Praktika für Studierende an. Die Dauer eines studienbegleitenden Praktikums beträgt sechs Monate und bindet TeilnehmerInnen unmittelbar in unsere Projektteams und Abteilungen ein. Dabei hast Du die Gelegenheit, wertvolle Berufserfahrung zu sammeln, während Du aktiv zum Erfolg unserer Projekte beiträgst.
