Being proud game development ambassadors, we love spreading knowledge about what we do. We give insights into game development processes and engage in meaningful dialogues with institutions all across Germany. Which job profiles are involved in game production? Which qualifications are required? Which technologies are used today, and what does the future hold for us? We provide answers to these questions for a better understanding of our industry.

As a member of various industry associations, we are deeply involved in local game development communities. We know that promoting young talents is essential for the sustainable growth of our local ecosystem. To achieve this, the German Ubisoft studios in Berlin, Düsseldorf and Mainz are cooperating with a vast network of educational institutions, offering mentoring programs and supporting video game industry events.
